      1. The acceptance of return applications depends on the overall conformity of product state, packaging integrity and accessory completeness with general service standards. No single factor will be used to determine the final result alone.
      2. For goods with subtle condition differences that cannot be clearly defined by fixed rules, we will adopt flexible and reasonable disposal schemes with reference to universal service principles.
      3. Our team will endeavor to improve the transparency of return processing, and properly feed back the progress and key information of application review to users in a timely manner.
      4. Users shall abide by the basic service norms when initiating return requests, and shall not submit malicious or invalid return applications repeatedly.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
